This chart shows nominal median house prices in each of the capital cities in March 1980, and March 2016 in Australia. In general the prices have dramaticly increased in the last 35 year, especially in Sydney with house prices rocketing up to almost 1 million than other cities compareing with 1980.

A severe wind changed and the bushfire on Monday morning made Queensland's Sunshine Coast, became " like a firestorm". Therefore, the Authorities evacuated people to nearby Noosa Heads to save their life. On Tuesday, there were 80 fire burning in Queensland in a very bad claimant's conditions: there is no rain, low humidity, and strong wind . Queensland's police commissioner, Carrol, has announced a taskforce to investigate the lighting of eight separate fires in last few days of fires.

Personal reflection:

In Australia, the climate's condition has became a very dangerous issue. The severe drought and the extreme heat in this year and last few years impact on the nature and it is very common to happen bushfire's accidents, so the Australian government should be very ready to take action to reduce that . In addition, as I read in this article according to the witnesses, Dekker has said " he had seen a group of teenagers set alight a milk crate in the bushland", so  that is very dangerous and the government should awareness the teenagers to not doing unique and weird things in the forests, and even all the people should protect the nature around us  by reduce using fire for entertainment on holidays because any mistake will costs many consequences to the environment in this bad conditions.
